We need your help for Earth Month!

Boomerang lunches
Did you know that last year Pilgrim Wood created 17,634 kg of waste!? Holy cow! For Earth Month we are trying to reduce that number… by A LOT! OAK would like every class to participate in BOOMERANG lunches for all of Earth month (April). This means ALL the waste you brought in your lunch goes home. We hope this campaign will help bring awareness to how much each person is wasting. Our waste gets piled up in a landfill and takes hundreds sometimes thousands of years to break down. Let’s make a difference Pilgrim Wood!

Dry Markers Round-up
ColorCycle wants your dried up markers to recycle them and make them into clean fuel! Please collect dried markers, highlighters, and whiteboard markers (any brand) from home. Our goal is to collect 2000 dried markers by the end of the June!

Eco Fest - Thursday April 26th @ 5:00 pm
Download Google Expeditions on your phone to participate in our Virtual Reality to the Reefs!

Volunteers Needed
We are looking for volunteers to help out the day and/or evening of the event to cut fruit, make popcorn, help with set up and monitor the tables. Please click here http://www.volunteersignup.org/FK98E to sign up. It only takes a few minutes to do and your help is much appreciated!
