Family Yoga & Mindfulness Sessions

PRESENTS

FREE Family Yoga and Mindfulness Session 
at our School Open House on October 5th

Session 1: 4:30-5:15 pm
Session 2: 5:30-6:15 pm

During the session, families will:
1. Learn about the benefits of what mindfulness and yoga is
2. Learn about strategies for home to help support their child`s academic success and learning skills
3. Participate in a fun family yoga class
